"California Livin" is really good because he spells out V-A-L-L-E-J-O and comments on typical traffic conditions, explaining that they're "never on time, always late, on the Bay Bridge or on the Golden Gate." and the song about Hyphy is supremely catchy!
The strongest track, though is the first one, "Chevs and Fords", a duet with another artist, L'il Bruce. A bit disappointing to learn that MacDre was the "Chevy man", but the classic polemic as discussed here gives both models fair representation and it's good to know that car songs are still being made. "Chevs and Fords" is head-noddable and would probably sound cool at a stop light streaming out the window of something other than my Toyota.
